Location:

Waukesha

• Lead procurement-related projects and strategic initiatives to support business objectives.
• Manage and analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and supply chain optimization.
• Partner with Engineering to develop sourcing strategies and support make-versus-buy decisions.
• Monitor procurement performance metrics and provide reporting and recommendations to management.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, reports, and executive summary updates.
• Organize and structure data to drive informed decision‑making and successful project execution.
• Establish priorities, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion of procurement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Assembly, Engineering, and After‑Sales teams on expedited procurement activities
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Travel internationally as required to support projects, and business initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, sourcing, project management, or related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
• Experience managing procurement projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of forecasting, supply planning, and make-versus-buy analysis.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel, ideally as a Key User
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and drive execution in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to collaborate in an international Network and travel internationally as needed.
