Position

Hours:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday - Friday with rotating weekends on call.

Position Wage: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour.

Salaries are based on a number of factors, including the skills and experience of the candidates. It is common to be hired at the lower to middle end of a salary range and while it is possible to be hired at the higher end, it often requires unique circumstances, such as proven expertise.

The Maintenance Mechanic's responsibilities include keeping all production machinery in 'ready for Service' condition by performing preventative maintenance, as scheduled by our maintenance management software, as well as taking care of day-to-day maintenance issues.

• Repair and maintain all plant machinery and equipment
• Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating difficulties
• Determine need for, and effect, machine repairs and adjustments to maintain a reliable operation
• Complete minor electrical work such as motor replacement, fuse replacement, switches, etc.
• Ensure plant organization and cleanliness
