Paving Superintendent

Possess understanding of density requirements to coordinate with quality control and technical services on resolving issues regarding mix or density properties in the field.
** Requirements:
*** High degree of ethical standards in personal and business conduct
* Self-directed and motivated; able to manage multiple conflicting and changing priorities
* Minimum of 10 years of experience at the field level, laying and finishing HMA
* Prior experience as a Foreman
* Strong knowledge of rolling operations to achieve density requirements
* Strong knowledge of paving equipment applications and equipment operations
* Excellent verbal and written communication, consulting, conflict management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
* Working knowledge of CMV guidelines and regulations
* Trustworthy and discrete with confidential information
* Adherence to anti-trust laws and regulations
* Projects will vary by location throughout the Southeast WI local area, or the state, so reliable transportation and/or a willingness to travel to any job site is required as needed.
