** Welder - Direct Hire*
* ** 3rd Shift | $35.34/hour | Waukesha, WI*
* We are hiring a  
** Welder
* * for a heavy manufacturing environment producing critical components for power transformer assemblies. This is a  
** direct-hire, 3rd shift
** opportunity with competitive pay and long-term stability.

** Responsibilities*
* + Set up, weld, and finish fabricated and machined components to print specifications

+ Perform welding using  
** MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), SAW, and Stud Welding*
* + Read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, and technical drawings

+ Load/unload materials and assemblies using fixtures, cranes, forklifts, and weld tables

+ Inspect welds for quality, tolerances, and accuracy

+ Perform minor weld repairs and basic equipment maintenance

+ Maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards

+ Collaborate with supervisors, engineering, and quality teams

** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or GED required

+ Welding or heavy manufacturing experience preferred

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

+ Ability to lift  
** 50 lbs
** and stand for extended periods

+ Comfortable with bending, kneeling, and working in a team environment

** Pay Details:**  $35.34 per hour
