We are hiring for a Full‑Time Electrical Assembly Technician. The 1st shift is available Monday‑Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities- Drill, tap, mount, and assemble components and parts for industrial control panel fabrication.
- Strip, terminate, and crimp electrical wires using basic power tools and hand tools.
- Complete projects within allotted hours, by due date and with a high degree of accuracy.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude or previous experience using basic power and/or hand tools.
- 1‑2 years of general assembly or control panel building experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 2‑year degree in Automation Systems or related field.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to other work locations.
Physical Requirements
Light industrial environment with moderate noise. Daily tasks involve use of basic power tools, hand tools, and repetitive hand motion for manipulating electrical wires. The work requires sitting, standing, and bending at the waist for up to 3 consecutive hours at a time, reaching above shoulder height for extended periods, and exposure to fumes and airborne particles. Must be able to climb stairs, move freely between aisles of parts, equipment, and shelving units, and lift or carry at least 25 pounds.
