Our procurement team is a critical component in ensuring that manufacturing has supplies and components to produce on-time quality systems for our customers.

We are looking for a talented, motivated individual who is ready to do innovative work. This position is ideal for a person who enjoys developing strong relationships, managing complex situations, and enjoys doing hands on work.

The Sr. Buyer position will play a key role in procurement, purchasing, and material planning activities. Alongside a team of passionate problem‑solving supply chain professionals, you will help resolve critical production and customer service requirements with procurement plans for raw materials and sub‑assemblies while developing and strengthening supplier relationships and managing the purchase order processes.

• Build and maintain positive business relationships with assigned suppliers while issuing purchase orders, researching order status, and resolving mis‑shipments.
• Execute inventory management processes including obsolete inventory management and supplier returns.
• Are able to handle pressure and opportunities to adjust work plans to meet changing company and customer needs.
• Have a common sense/practical approach, with the ability to make thoughtful and timely decisions, get clarity of issue or objective by getting input in the decision‑making process and show consideration for the impact of the decisions.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory control, and production planning while working collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Stay informed on market trends, component lifecycle changes (EOL, obsolescence) and emerging supply chain risks.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement efforts in procurement and supply chain operations.
• Can collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and production teams to ensure sourcing aligns with design and quality requirements.

• Are an underutilized independent thinker whose talent could impact millions of lives given the right environment and opportunity.

• Are able to prioritize tasks, find necessary information or approvals as needed before projects and work grinds to a halt.
• Understand how little numbers add up in purchasing and big numbers don’t intimidate you.
• Don’t get overloaded with data and have an effective strategy to deal with paralysis and procrastination before it sets in.
• Are super organized and can block out time for focused work while allowing for interruptions.
• Are interested in working with multiple industries;
