The Production Scheduler – Assembly is responsible for planning and coordinating assembly operations to support production targets, customer demand, and on‑time delivery. This role works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials, and other cross‑functional teams to maintain efficient production flow, manage priorities, and resolve scheduling or material‑related issues.

• Plan and control assembly schedules for designated production areas based on capacity and demand requirements
• Serve as a key interface between Master Planning, Assembly, Components and Material Planning to align schedules, priorities, and material availability
• Coordinate daily production meetings and support work order release and retrofit planning
• Manage material shortages, production disruptions, and exception messages, including escalation of critical issues as needed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling accuracy, material flow, and operational efficiency

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Manufacturing, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred
• Experience in production scheduling, production planning, manufacturing operations, or a related field
• Experience in working in a global matrix organization as a plus
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional environment
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and business processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems and production planning tools preferred
• German language proficiency a plus
