Responsibilities- Welding and assembling metal components on heavy equipment projects and performing other general labor duties.
We are looking for a Welder/Fabricator responsible for welding and assembling metal components on heavy equipment projects and performing other general labor duties.

- Monday–Friday 6am–3pm, with possible overtime and some Saturdays.
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Ability to work in variable weather conditions and in dirty and dusty environments.
- Some welding experience on heavy equipment.
- Certified G1 or 1.5 preferred, or ability to obtain certifications paid for by the company within 6 months.
- Willingness to perform other duties in the shop when welding work is not necessary.
- Access areas to be welded by climbing a ladder if needed.
- Use a disc grinder to smooth or finish parts prior to welding.
- Operate manual and automated welding units, depositing metal from electrode to work piece and joining edges.
- Maintain arc length and travel speed to achieve specified depth of fusion and bead.
- Weld in flat and vertical positions (all-position welding).
- Examine welds for bead size and other specifications.
- Fabricate new or replacement parts using hand tools and small power tools.
- Perform other general labor duties as required.
