Electrical Product Assembler
Location: Waukesha, WI
Shift: 3rd shift M-F
Pay: $30.71/HR

Adecco is hiring Electrical Product Assemblers for a leading manufacturer of high-voltage power transformers in Waukesha, WI. This is a hands‑on manufacturing role where you'll help build large-scale electrical equipment used to power homes, businesses, and critical infrastructure.

What You'll Do- Assemble internal and external transformer components according to blueprints and specifications
- Install conduit, wiring, gauges, and other transformer accessories
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Operate overhead cranes to lift and position large components
- Utilize forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to move materials throughout the facility
- Prepare units for testing, painting, and shipment
- Perform contamination control and cleanliness procedures
- Work in confined spaces and at elevated heights when required
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure successful completion of products
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Experience using hand tools and industrial equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience
- Experience with mechanical or electrical assembly
- Experience operating forklifts or overhead cranes
- Experience working in heavy manufacturing environments
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Comfortable working at heights of up to 25 feet
- Ability to work in confined spaces when required
- Ability to work in a large industrial manufacturing environment
