Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma, Production Manager, Operations Management, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
This organization is being shaped around a simple idea: people do their best work when they are genuinely invested in and heard, not just directed. Leadership is intentional about building that environment, making decisions with employees in mind and following through on commitments rather than letting good intentions stall. The production team is tight-knit and highly experienced, with deep floor knowledge that leadership values and wants to build on.
It is a place where consistency, respect, and real follow-through are expected at every level.
This is a genuine first step into plant leadership, built for a production supervisor or manager who is ready to own a facility rather than just a shift. You will guide day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement work, and help reshape safety and workflow standards alongside a highly skilled, tenured team. Success calls for someone who can earn the respect of experienced floor leaders while still pushing real change, and it sets up a clear path toward broader operational leadership over time.
