Job Description:
As an Electronics Manufacturing Technician, you’ll help build the next generation of CT detectors — ultra? sensitive, high? performance devices at the heart of advanced diagnostic systems. This is hands?on work at the cutting edge, where your craftsmanship directly shapes technologies that save lives.
This role is ideal for skilled technicians who take pride in craftsmanship, precision, and quality. You will work with delicate electronic and optoelectronic components performing assembly operations where accuracy is measured in microns and the smallest defect can impact product performance.
If you enjoy challenging, hands-on work that demands exceptional dexterity, focus, and attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Build precision CT detector modules using advanced micro?assembly techniques, working with components so delicate they demand absolute steadiness and care.
- Execute fine?pitch soldering, wire bonding, alignment, and adhesive application with exceptional control and consistency.
- Inspect assemblies under high magnification, identifying even the smallest imperfections that could impact detector performance.
- Handle fragile scintilla tors, photodiodes, and other sensitive materials with disciplined technique and unwavering attention to detail.
- Operate state?of?the?art manufacturing tools and equipment, contributing to processes that are continually evolving and improving.
- Perform electrical, optical, and functional testing, ensuring every detector meets stringent performance and reliability standards.
