A well-established and highly respected visual arts museum in Door County is entering an exciting period of growth and transformation—and is seeking a Director of Donor Engagement & Development to help shape its future.

Located in one of the most vibrant arts communities in the Midwest, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead fundraising and donor engagement efforts for an institution that has been a cultural anchor for nearly five decades. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, relationship-driven development professional who is passionate about the arts and inspired by meaningful community impact.

• Lead all fundraising and development efforts, including membership, major gifts, sponsor ships, grants, and special events
• Cultivate, steward, and grow relationships with individual, corporate, and foundation donors
• Partner closely with the Executive Director and Board to drive development strategy and goals
• Champion the mission, storytelling, and long-term sustainability of a beloved cultural institution

• A proven nonprofit development professional with at least 3 years of fundraising experience
• A natural connector who thrives on relationship-building and stewardship
• Passionate about the visual arts, culture, and community
• Strategic, collaborative, and energized by growth and change
• Full-time | Reports to the Executive Director
• Salary commensurate with experience
• Monday–Friday with some evening/weekend flexibility
• Based in beautiful Door County, WI
