Job Status: Full Time

Salary: Salaried $75,000 - $85,000

Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off, Monday-Sunday

• Mon-Fri: 4pm - 8am
• Weekend:
  Sat at 8am to Mon at 8am

Work Location: Within and surrounding areas of Rock, Jefferson, Walworth, Waukesha counties

• RN License in state of Wisconsin
• Current, valid driver’s license
• 1 year of home hospice or home health preferred
