🏥 Facility Overview
Waukesha Memorial Hospital (WMH)
- Level III NICU (everything except surgical)
- 16-bed unit (within 52-bed Women’s Services footprint)
Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital (OMH)
- Level II NICU (32 weeks & above)
- 5-bed unit
Charting: EPIC (within last 12 months required)
Scrubs: Blue – supplied by hospital
- Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital
- Mukwonago
- May float to Mom/Baby
- May float throughout hospital as sitter if not needed in NICU
Floating will not exceed clinical scope unless approved by employee, unit leadership, and staffing agency.
✅ Required Experience- Minimum 2 years Level III NICU experience
- EPIC experience within last 12 months
- BLS (AHA)
- NRP
- Active WI RN license or Compact license
Preferred:
- At least 1 prior travel assignment
- Mom/Baby experience
- Neonatal transport experience
