Waukesha Memorial Hospital Shift Requirements: 8hr Mids/PM; 3p-1130pm Weekend/Holiday:
Every other weekend;
Holiday rotation 2026 HOLIDAYS: MEMORIAL DAY (NOC 5/25), THANKSGIVING (NOC 11/26), CHRISTMAS EVE (NOC 12/25), NY DAY (NOC 12/31)

Float Requirements:
Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other like units as needed. On Call/Call Back Requirements:
None. Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, WI or Compact license. Desired

Certifications:

None.

Minimum Experience:

3-5 years MS experience required. At least 1 traveler contract completed preferred;

Experience with insulin and cardiac drips. MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE. Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience. Charting Experience

Required:

EPIC required within last 12 months. Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 5 Med unit 53 bed unit 1:7-8 is possible. Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates, Strong Documentation skills, able to work in a fast paced environment. Scrub Colors:
Any. Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies. GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed. Traveler must have required CBLs completed prior to starting. (unpaid) Float:
Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
