• Clean and maintain resident rooms under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor

• Clean and maintain common areas, offices, and designated interior and exterior spaces

• Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety standards

• Support infection control and sanitation practices throughout the center

• Help maintain a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents

• Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care facility or large institutional setting preferred

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

• Compassionate approach when interacting with residents and families

• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

• Excellent attendance and reliability
