Job Status:
Full Time

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000/ yearly, based on experience

Schedule:

7 On / 7 Off, Monday-Sunday

* Monday to Friday: 4pm - 8am

* Weekend:
Saturday at 8 AM to Monday at 8 AM

Work Location:

Within and surrounding areas of Rock, Jefferson, Walworth, Waukesha counties

Requirements

* RN License in state of Wisconsin, required

* Current, valid driver's license, required

* 1 year of home hospice or home health preferred
