Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs; every other weekend and holiday
Float Requirements:
Will need to be able to float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital and Mukwonago.
On Call/Call Back Requirements:
None
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, WI RN

Minimum Experience:

At least 3 years of ICU experience required. At least 1 travel contract completed.
Charting Experience

Required:

Epic required within the last 12 months
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 10 bed unit
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
Scrub Colors:
Any Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies   GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed Float:
Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
