REGISTERED NURSE (RN) Staff Nurse Full-Time and Part-Time Positions available
Avina of Pewaukee is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with us, you will work as part of a team providing skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation care to our residents.
Shift Opportunities- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- PM Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (+$3.00/hr. differential)
- NOC Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (+$3.00/hr. differential)
- Provide compassionate, hands‑on care and administer medications
- Monitor and advocate for residents’ health and well‑being
- Communicate effectively with team members and other medical professionals during shift and shift report
- Promote safety, dignity, and compliance with care standards
- Current Wisconsin RN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong clinical skills with a compassionate, resident-centered focus
- Team spirit, reliability, and excellent communication skills
- $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus FT
- $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus PT}
