Position Charge Nurse (RN) with $10,000 Sign On Bonus
Job Type Full Time – Days
Responsibilities- Coordinate with nursing leadership as a registered nurse on clinical issues and patient care activities.
- Serve as first-line support for staff, physicians, and related providers; assess, prioritize, and direct activities to meet unit needs.
- Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, foster professional practice and care delivery models; direct, coach, and mentor nursing staff.
- Implement unit-specific strategies and practice remediation to achieve clinical quality and patient safety outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer on clinical development, employee relations, physician relationships, and serve as clinical support when leadership is unavailable.

Qualifications and Requirements- Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program with current licensure in the state; BSN preferred.
- Mandatory child and adult abuse certification required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in rehabilitative or acute care settings and/or demonstrated leadership ability.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, evaluate, and direct activities of clinical personnel; effective oral and written communication skills in English; additional languages preferred; proficiency in basic computer skills required.
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- CRRN preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
