Job Description
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Linden Grove Waukesha, located at 425 N. University Drive, Waukesha, WI 53188. Full‑time position providing nursing oversight and support in assisted living, memory care, and rehabilitation facilities.
Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and direct nursing services to meet resident needs and maintain quality standards.
- Supervise shift care and management.
- Plan and participate in in‑service training and orientation programs.
- Coordinate the care planning program.
- Handle on‑call responsibilities and occasional PM shifts.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
- Preferred supervisory experience.
- Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
- Salary: $88,000–$105,000 based on experience, plus a $2,000 sign‑on bonus.
