Salary Range: 29.50 - 38.50

• Provide individualized nursing care to infusion patients using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization to meet patient and practice needs; respond to emergent situations requiring critical thinking and prompt assessment.
• Perform age-related patient assessment and interventions and schedule tests and interventions per provider orders.
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Adhere to the full scope of nursing practice within the Nurse Practice Act and applicable state rules; uphold the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA or equivalent).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific licensure, competencies and certifications.
