- Full-Time and Part Time Occupational Nurse LPN/RN in Jefferson and Waukesha counties. 1st Shift with no weekends or holidays. Great wages. PTO after 6 months. Holidays. Retirement with match. 1st Shift Hours
- Flexibility for off shifts. Support EHS department.

• Monitor occupational and non-occupational injuries/illnesses to facilitate a safe, healthy work environment.
• Care and treat employee injuries/illnesses; observe and document accurately.
• Act as an on-site nurse supporting employees as a resource point of contact for medical information.
• Develop relationships with medical providers to understand the company's expectations and philosophies.
• Administer successful plant health and safety programs.
• Administer early Return to Work programs.
• Administer respiratory protection, audiometric, blood borne pathogen and other employee health/safety programs.
• Wellness education includes: health fairs, weight management programs, blood pressure screenings, cardiac/diabetes screenings, smoking cessation.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records and information in accordance with HIPAA laws.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Current Nurse license (RN or LPN) in Wisconsin.
• 1-2 years of Workers' Compensation/Occupational Health experience preferred, but training available.
• Ability and willingness to train.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Excellent organization and ability to self-manage time.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
