• 12-hour overnight shifts (NOCs)
• Rotating every other weekend and holiday
• 36 guaranteed hours per week

• Valid WI RN License
• Minimum of 3 years ICU nursing experience
• Prior travel assignment completed
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (certifications must be current)
• Epic charting experience within the last 12 months
• Covid-19 vaccine (unless exempt)
• Strong adaptability and teamwork skills; resilient, social, and able to manage change
• Willingness to float to nearby affiliated facilities as needed

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a 10-bed ICU
• Utilize Epic for patient charting and documentation
• Collaborate closely with physicians, patients, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain adaptability by floating to different units or facilities in response to census demands (within clinical scope)
