SSM Health is seeking a compassionate RN to lead the Cardiac Med Surg unit (6S) in Wisconsin. This 19‑bed unit demands strong leadership to coordinate staffing and ensure high‑quality patient care during the evening shift.
You will assign, educate and monitor staff, develop patient care assignments, collaborate with advanced practice providers, and evaluate care outcomes. Requires RN licensure and at least 1 year of RN experience; BLS HCP certification preferred.
