Senior Manager of Clinical Education and Staff Development for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership in clinical education, competency assessment, and staff development across multiple ASCs. Develop and manage education programs to enhance clinical excellence, ensure compliance, and improve patient outcomes. Collaborate with nursing, operations, and quality teams to foster a culture of learning, professional growth, and continuous improvement within the ASC network.
Qualifications:- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- RN license in Texas
- Current BLS certification
- 7+ years in patient or staff education and clinical management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS, and digital communication tools
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Skills:
Masters in nursing education, specialty nursing certifications, BLS instructor certification, 10+ years nursing administration, advanced communication skills, knowledge of Texas nursing regulations, clinical and personnel management expertise.
