Associate Quality Engineer

Hartland, WI

M-F, business hours (fully on-site)

$30-36/hr, based on experience

• Lead and support quality assurance activities including CAPAs, deviations, validations, SCARs, and investigations into out-of-specification results.
• Collaborate with external validation partners on performance qualification (PQ) validations.
• Work in a dynamic environment handling multiple product categories such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and cosmetics.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Engage directly on the production floor in a hands-on capacity (no supervisory responsibilities).

• 3 to 6 years of quality assurance experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry (experience with cosmetics is a plus).
• Solid understanding of GMP, GDP, and applicable drug product regulations.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with active equipment and machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly.

This role is contract-to-hire with the possibility of permanent employment upon successful completion, attendance, and effort.
