Quality Inspector – Kelly® (Direct Hire)
Salary/Pay Rate: $34.13 per hour plus a $2 premium
Shift: 2nd shift 3pm‑11pm or 3rd shift 11pm‑7am (Sun–Thurs)
Typical Day- Assess product conformance to customer requirements through tollgate inspections, including various measurements and visual inspections.
- Verify product quality through electrical tests such as ratio, high‑pot, and megger tests.
- Conduct audits of documents, processes, and products to ensure compliance with engineering requirements and customer specifications.
- At least five years of related experience in transformer technical processes (preferred).
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a 2‑year technical degree in an engineering‑related field and ASQ certification as a quality technician is desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments.
