Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing auto parts, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Machine Operator to join their team. As a 1st Shift Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the assembly line and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a willingness to learn, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Operators Auto Parts

Location: Waukesha, WI

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate machinery and equipment to support manufacturing processes
• Lift and handle bins weighing 5-8 pounds throughout the shift
• Stand for the entire 8-hour shift, maintaining productivity and safety
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations
• Use walkie-talkies and computer screens to communicate and monitor production

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to lift 5-8 pound bins and bags consistently
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Willingness to learn new skills and work around computers
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
