Job profile – Quality Supervisor

Shift: Thursday
- Saturday every other Wednesday 6am-6pm

Lead a team of inspectors and technicians to ensure the goals of sub-assembly, final assembly, MRB, and Incoming Quality inspection are obtained. Drive continuous improvement activities in areas of responsibility that will impact key process indicators.

Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for the hiring and development of Quality Inspectors across multiple areas of the facility
• Tracking of inspector scorecards and working to assist the inspectors, as required, to improve their skills
• Conduct LPA 2 and ISO Internal Audits
• Review LPA 1 findings and ensure all items are addressed prior to daily startup
• Work with Quality engineering to ensure that all new inspectors go through appropriate training for their area and pass Gauge RXR testing
• Ensure robust QRQC problem solving process is being followed and actions implemented in areas of responsibility
• Ensure Stop line matrix is triggered when appropriate
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on SQC, QC, FNI, OBA and efficiency metrics
• Ensure that IQC and MRB inspections are meeting defined targets
• Participate in internal and customer CAPA’s relative to your areas of responsibility
• Ensure Visual Aids are well understood for inspectors and work with QE’s to improve as needed
• Be aware of new changes from ECN’s, PCN’s, Deviations, and Quality Alerts and ensure communication / training to the team
• Adhere to all safety, health, and security policies and procedures
• Create development plans for all employees to be able to advance within the organization

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 plus years of Quality Supervision or related experience in similar industry or field
