Leasing Agent

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Agent based in Waukesha, WI. Responsibilities include leasing residential properties by assisting prospective residents with tours, demonstrating the benefits of living in PRM communities, and guiding them through the application process. The Leasing Agent will also handle lease administration, support property management efforts, and deliver outstanding customer service to residents and potential tenants.

Building relationships with clients and maintaining clear communication will be key to success in this role.

Rotating Saturday hours are required.

• Strong Customer Service skills to provide excellent support and build positive relationships
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with leasing and property management software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or business is a plus
