- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone and walk‑up customer orders.
- Clean equipment and facility continuously.
- Deliver product by car and then to the customer's door.
- Ensure food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.
- Maintain labor accountability and employee productivity.
- Handle all cash handling and ensure accuracy.
- Coach and train all employees in all areas.
- Maintain a clean and professionally run store.
