The GE Health Care Commercial Leadership Program Internship (CLPi) is a 12‑week summer experience designed for undergraduate students who are eager to explore the world of healthcare sales and grow into future commercial leaders.
Program HighlightsAs a CLPi, you’ll work on a high‑impact project aligned with one of GE Health Care’s businesses or commercial functions, such as:
- Magnetic Resonance (MR)
- Computed Tomography (CT)
- Ultrasound
- Healthcare Digital
- Patient Monitoring
- Service Sales
- Marketing
- Commercial Operations
Your project may involve launching new products, executing inside sales campaigns, planning strategic initiatives, or supporting customer engagement efforts. You’ll collaborate with a project sponsor to define your goals and deliverables and present your work to business leaders at the end of the internship.

- Current sophomores or juniors with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Enrolled full‑time at an accredited college or university.
- Demonstrated interest in a sales career and the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Available to work full‑time for 12 weeks during summer 2027.
- Willing and able to relocate to the Milwaukee, WI area (relocation and housing assistance provided).
- Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale).
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Coachable, proactive, and results‑oriented.
- Strong time management and adaptability.
- Self‑starter with a growth mindset.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; GE Health Care does not sponsor employment visas.
