We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

Sales Manager Onsite in Waukesha, Wisconsin

Join a well-established Waukesha dealership known for delivering a smooth, supportive experience across sales and service. Work with factory-trained automotive professionals and a service department equipped to handle everything from routine maintenance to major repairs. Be part of a team customers repeatedly describe as knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. Build lasting customer relationships at a dealership where drivers return for additional vehicles and service.

Represent a highly rated dealership with feedback from verified sales and service customers throughout the Milwaukee and Waukesha communities.

Greet customers. Help customers choose protection packages for their vehicle by presenting all products and their benefits. Ensure financing for customers; by building professional relationships with lenders and working with them to get the best financing available for our customers. Submit deals to bank electronically using appropriate dealer system. Enter transactions into ADP and bank approval systems. Process all transaction paperwork and ensure it is accurate and meets the needs of the Office, state specific DMV and lender requirements.

Track deal receivables and follow-up on outstanding items to ensure collection of all money and bank stipulations for contract funding. Participate in store meetings including Sales Receivables, Save-a-Deal and Store Manager meetings. Work with sales team and sales managers to ensure transactions are completed and to the customer's satisfaction. Follow-up with customers as courtesy reminder for purchased products requiring customer action (ex.

Protective coating applied) Assist Sales Team with customer engagement in the sales department during peak traffic times. Obtain all appropriate licensing within 90 days from date of hire.

Typing – ability to type to enter accurate information into tracking system. Mathematics – ability to solve basic math calculations. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
