Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry in accordance with site requirements;
Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures
