This will be a temporary position with Arch Electric for a period of roughly 15 to 90 days, until the project reaches its completion or the worker is no longer needed; whichever comes first. All temps will have the opportunity to make this a temp-to-hire position after the 90-day mark if Arch and the worker are in agreement. Hourly wage rates are based on the previously agreed-upon wage rate in the Temporary Contract that was signed.
Electrical Apprenticeships may be awarded to those who become Full-Time employees and demonstrate the skills necessary to learn how to become Journeyman or Master Electricians.

The role of Utility Solar Installer is to assist the Electrical and Mechanical team in providing consistent, high-quality, cost-effective, and timely deliverables and products to our customers. Contributes to environmental stewardship and a work culture focused on health and safety. This role requires excellent attendance and the ability to work within budgets and potentially difficult weather and terrain conditions. This role will work in conjunction with Lead Solar Installers and Field Team Leads to develop accurate and efficient projects in Bonduel, WI.
REQUIREMENTS- Strong customer service, Positive attitude, Highly motivated, Superior problem-solving skills.
- Experience with heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to perform physical tasks.
- Ability to use tact and diplomacy when interacting with co-workers, county officials, and the general public.
- Demonstrated ability to comply with safety regulations.
- 18+ years of age with a valid Driver’s License, good driving record, and proof of insurance.
- Comfortable working on a roof. Knowledge of OSHA and Fall Protection preferred. Ability to lift 75 pounds.
The Utility Solar Installer will take primary direction from the Lead Solar Installer or a Mechanical Foreman of the Bonduel, WI project.
AUTHORITYAuthority will be determined as job skills and requirements are assessed.
RESPONSIBILITIES & PRINCIPLE DUTIESPerform, organize, and document tasks as directed by Lead Solar Installer or Field Lead.
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCEThe job performance of the Utility Solar Installer will be evaluated through a company-wide peer review, administered by the President or Head of Business Operations if the worker is brought in as a full-time employee.
