Work Schedule:
First 6 months: 6 am – 3 pm M-F. After 6 months:
Rotating 12s (6 am – 6 pm or 6 pm – 6 am).
As a Multi-Craft Journeyman, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence by maintaining, troubleshooting, installing, and repairing industrial machinery and systems. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, operations teams, and external partners to enhance mechanical system performance, improve safety, ensure quality, and deliver cost-effective, sustainable solutions. You will have opportunities for career development, continuous learning, and hands-on work in a collaborative, mentorship-oriented environment that supports long-term manufacturing operations and success.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Perform installation, assembly, repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and dismantling of mechanical systems, components, and machinery using various tools and following technical diagrams and specifications.
- Apply preventative and predictive maintenance techniques to identify and resolve equipment issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies by maintaining a clean work environment, using appropriate PPE, and documenting maintenance activities to meet industry standards.
- 4-year apprenticeship (Millwright or Pipefitter) industrial journeyman’s card (Required).
- Dual trade (Millwright & Pipefitter) apprenticeship and industrial journeyman’s card preferred.
- Certified Millwright Journeyman or Pipefitter with 5 years of experience.
- Must agree to and be willing to continue education through a technical college or on-the-job training to become a dual trade craftsman able to conduct BOTH Millwright & Pipe fitting duties at the Journeyman level.
