Lighting Controls Field Service Technician

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lighting Controls Field Service Technician. Based in Waukesha, WI, the role involves on-site work as well as some work-from-home tasks. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing lighting control systems, performing preventive maintenance, calibrating equipment, and ensuring the functionality of lighting instrumentation. The technician will work closely with clients to address technical needs and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
• Knowledge of Instrumentation and Calibration techniques
• Understanding of Electricity principles and system operations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Relevant technical certifications or an associate degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the lighting or controls industry is preferred
