Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities;
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity;
Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems;
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring energy efficiency and safety standards are met;
Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time
