We need a Curb Machine Operator to operate a curb machine and other construction equipment safely and efficiently. The equipment may include skid steers, backhoes, front‑end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, and other pieces of equipment.

• Operate a curb machine and various other pieces of construction equipment.
• Work safely and efficiently in variable weather, dirty and dusty environments.
• Labor as needed when not operating equipment.
• Travel to job sites throughout Southeast WI and west to Madison as required.
• Obtain a Class A CDL within a specified period if not already held.

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• High‑school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Experience operating construction equipment.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Member of a Local Operators Union or willingness to become a union member; union membership not required before employment.

Projects will vary by location. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to any job site are required.
