Position

Concrete Foreman – Zenith Tech Inc., part of the Walbec Group in Southeast Wisconsin.

• Accurately report materials, equipment, and hours of work.
• Manage and ensure safety of crew personnel, public, and regulatory compliance.
• Operate a variety of power equipment and other machinery as needed.
• Perform duties assigned by the Superintendent or other management.

Headquarters at Zenith Tech Inc. in southeastern Wisconsin. Project locations vary; reliable transportation and willingness to travel, including trips to Fond du Lac, WI, and Green Bay, WI, are required. A company vehicle will be provided.

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Ability to work in variable weather, dirty, and dusty environments.
• Member of a local trade union or willing to become a union member. Union membership is not required prior to hire.
