Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a regional position. Candidates should reside within 60 miles of Waukesha, Wisconsin area.
Core responsibilities include maintaining cooling systems, performing maintenance checks, and responding to service calls. Extensive daily travel is required, with occasional overnight travel and per diem provided.
