Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Steel Stud Framing Foreman to lead our field crews. This individual will oversee steel stud framing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has several years of hands‑on experience with steel studs, strong leadership skills, and the ability to lead crews of varying sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Perform layout for steel stud framing projects
• Supervise, train, and manage crews of all sizes
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards
• Maintain compliance with jobsite safety practices and company policies /li>
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
• Drive and maintain the company van as required.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift materials such as drywall and heavy gauge studs

Requirements

Qualifications

• Several years of proven experience in steel stud framing
• Prior experience as a foreman or crew leader strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
