Responsibilities

• Perform routine bus maintenance and inspections in adherence with standard checklists
• Diagnose mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic equipment and schematics
• Repair and replace damaged or defective parts after a thorough examination
• Respond to breakdowns and emergencies in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain and update records of maintenance and repair work
• Ensure all equipment and work areas are clean, safe, and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols while completing work tasks
• Provide feedback and suggestions on improving maintenance procedures and schedules

Required Skills

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic systems
• Experience with hydraulic and electric repairs
• Adept in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
• Strong communication skills and detail-oriented
