Operator in Milling Equipment

Job Title:

Operator in Milling Equipment – Payne & Dolan Inc., part of the Walbec Group.

Operate various power construction equipment safely and efficiently, including utility milling machines (concrete or asphalt), skidsteer, belly brooms, pulverizers/recyclers, and other related equipment.

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record; CDL required. High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum two years experience operating asphalt/concrete road milling equipment. Must be punctual, dependable, able to work varied hours (including nights, early mornings, weekends), tolerate variable weather, and operate in dirty and dusty environments. Union membership is desirable but not required at hire; willingness to join a union is required.

Union employment with quality benefits. Access to training on the Walbec employee portal. Sign‑on bonus of $1,000 at hire and $1,000 after 13 weeks of work.

Projects vary by location within the local area or state. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites is required.
