We are not looking for someone to "help out" on jobs. We are hiring a true Carpenter—someone who takes ownership, delivers high-level craftsmanship, and runs projects the right way. If you've successfully performed remodels, solved real jobsite problems, and produce work that holds up under scrutiny—keep reading. If not, this role isn't for you.

We focus on high-quality residential remodels and select commercial carpentry work focused in Multifamily Remodeling. No chaotic, unmanaged jobsites Just clean, organized projects where your skill actually matters.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Run residential remodel projects (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, full-home renovations)
• Execute and oversee high-end carpentry (kitchen / baths / home additions) from framing to finish.
• Keep jobs moving efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Set the standard for workmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Solve problems before they become delays
• Coordinate with project managers and occasionally clients
• Ensure work is done right the first time—no callbacks

Who This Role Is For:
