Installer, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, HVAC Tech ​/ Heating Engineer

Third Coast Heating & Cooling is hiring a skilled and dependable HVAC Installer to join our growing team serving Waukesha, Germantown, and Brookfield, Wisconsin
. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with others, and is ready to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment

Install ductwork, thermostats, piping, vents, and other HVAC components

Read and follow job layouts, install instructions, and system specifications

Test newly installed systems to confirm safe and proper operation

Maintain clean and organized job sites

Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and team members

Complete job documentation and installation notes accurately

Load and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for installation jobs

Previous HVAC installation experience preferred

Knowledge of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and HVAC testing equipment

Understanding of airflow, duct systems, and equipment setup

Valid driver’s license preferred

EPA certification is a plus

NATE certification is a plus

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions

Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
