* The Senior Director, Software Engineering will lead a globally distributed software engineering organization across the US, India, and Poland, setting technical direction and delivering scalable software solutions that create meaningful customer and business value. This role combines technical and organizational leadership across software architecture, engineering practices, AI-enabled development, and complex software platforms. The leader will partner across Product Management, Program Management, clinical teams, business stakeholders, and technology organizations to translate customer needs into engineering outcomes while balancing innovation, delivery, quality, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, privacy, and operational excellence.

** Lead
* * engineering execution across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through development, release, deployment, and operational support, while advancing cloud-native development, Dev Sec Ops , automation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and quality engineering practices.

** Required Qualifications*
* ** Education & Experience*
* + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.

+ 10+ years of software engineering experience, including designing, developing, and delivering scalable software platforms and enterprise applications.

** Software Engineering & Architecture*
* + Strong software development experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C++, Java, or similar technologies.

+ Proven experience designing and delivering distributed systems, cloud-based services, edge computing solutions, and scalable software architectures.

+ Deep understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented design, algorithms, data structures, API design, service-oriented architectures, and modern software development practices.

+ Experience leading engineering teams responsible for complex software products from architecture and design through production deployment and operational support.

+ Ability to provide technical guidance, evaluate architecture decisions, and drive engineering excellence across teams.
