• Develop expertise and gain in‑depth knowledge of vehicle accessories and technology.
• Guarantee detailed follow‑ups to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Experience with domestic and global shipping companies.
• Prepare shipping documentation and packages for outgoing shipments – domestic and international including accurate labels per specifications with various vendors (UPS, USPS etc.).
• Analyze best practice, per package, for most advantageous outgoing and incoming price vs. receiving date options.
• Maintain great relationship with delivery drivers.
• Issue purchase orders for various vendors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Follow‑up with customers daily with notification that parts orders have arrived and are ready for pick up.

• Experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Professional appearance and positive personality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of High School degree or equivalent.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Have reliable transportation to and from workplace.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Motivated team player.
• Ability to re‑prioritize throughout the day to accommodate changes.
