We are hiring a Paving Foreman for our upcoming 2025 season. The role focuses on ensuring efficient crew operations, equipment reliability, and continuous quality improvement.

• Assist with all aspects of personnel scheduling and crew management.
• Oversee paving equipment needs and repair.
• Reinforce continuous quality improvement in laydown and compaction.

• Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; a CDL is desired but not required.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to high ethical standards.
• Excellent self‑direction and motivation, able to manage multiple changing priorities.
• Ability to handle confidential information and observe anti‑trust laws.
• Flexible working hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and variable weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel to job sites across the local area or state; reliable transportation required.
• Union membership preferred; but not required prior to employment.
